Paul Criola 1931 death index and access restriction

Full Cook County death index for Paul Criola, entry 27350: age 62; displayed birth 30 June 1869; birthplace displayed as malformed “Abruzzi, Cook, Italy”; death 25 September 1931; original event place field Chicago, Cook, Illinois; address 3024 Flournoy; assistant foreman; married; burial 30 September 1931, Mt Carmel cemetery, Proviso. Parents Geremia Criola and Palma Gentile; Angelina Criola and James Criola also listed. The standardized death place incorrectly displays Mount Carmel in the Bronx, conflicting with the original event-place field and Chicago record context; no New York death is adopted. Exact birth date appears in an editable field and remains provisional pending the certificate. Image access explicitly requires a FamilySearch center or affiliate library, even while signed in. This is likely another index of the same death underlying 300.10.023, not an independent event.
