The father's Sam name is consistent with Salvatore's original 1928 declaration alias. The mother's name and 1906 Italian birth support identification with the existing Frank. The index incorrectly shows Frank as single and Mary as 7 rather than the original's 37. Frank's age 42 implies about 1907–1908 and conflicts with the petition's 1906 birth. Preserve the original census age as a source-specific discrepancy. Household names and Phyllis age align with the Northbrook obituary leads; complete correlation with birth/marriage records is underway.

Phyllis’s exact birth date matches the Legacy obituary, with surname Monasteri and sibling Richard further supporting correlation to Phyllis Nehls. Mary’s motherhood is directly indexed in both births, rather than inferred from household membership.

The full Cook County delayed-birth index Q2S1-Y5WR gives Maria Licata, female, born 10 August 1912 in Chicago; registered 15 July 1940, certificate 51477. Correlation: Mary's maiden surname is independently established by Frank's death index and the original 1934 marriage return already described above. The exact 10 August 1912 birthday occurs under both the maiden and married names. It yields age 17 at the 27 July 1930 marriage, 18 at Richard's 10 May 1931 birth, 25 at Phyllis's 13 August 1937 birth, and 37 at the 1950 census, matching every prior age used for the archive estimate. The married-name SSA record also has Northbrook, matching Frank's last residence and the later family's documented locality. This combined name, date, age and locality evidence supports adopting 10 August 1912 and 16 August 2010 as indexed dates for the existing Mary Licata profile. This is a reasoned correlation of indexes and prior originals, not a newly inspected birth/death certificate. No death place is inferred and the proposed Licata parents are not added in this date-focused pass.

The 1920 census index MJQ9-GB7 lists Mary Licata, daughter, 7, Illinois, in Anthony and Mary Licata's Chicago ED983 household53, sheet3B, line78, with siblings Katherine, Bertha, Frank and Anthony Jr. https://www.familysearch.org/ark:/61903/1:1:MJQ9-GB7 . This is a compatible childhood lead; original census and an adult record explicitly naming these parents remain follow-up. A FamilySearch tree suggestion alone was not used as proof.
