Chicago Tribune obituary published September 29, 2019, inspected September 24, 2026. Adolf Trenkenschu (January 9, 1938–August 19, 2019) is reported born Halbstadt in Ukraine, immigrated from Germany to US in 1958, US Army veteran, engineer and business owner. Wife Karin; children Robert (Gail) and Tina (Johannes); grandchildren Lara (Brian), Erich, Stefan, Willem and Evan; great-grandchildren Brady and Eleanor. The distinctive Lara/Brian/Brady/Eleanor group agrees with Joe’s testimony WEB-20260924-005641-ffbcd64b and supplies a strong ancestry lead. The text does not assign Lara to Robert or Tina, or establish Karin as her biological grandmother; no parent edge added from this source. Henry’s absence from a 2019 obituary does not contradict his later family listing. Locate records identifying Lara’s parents before extending the graph.
