The attached sheet 13 establishes the stated household relationships to Leo; Jewel is his wife, but that label alone does not independently establish biological maternity. Names and Barbara’s age/place correlate with the Ronald Polityka and Barbara Mealey obituaries, which name Leo and Jewel (Krause) as parents and Patricia Stuart as sister.
