Original 1950 United States census, Pennsylvania, Schuylkill County, Shenandoah, ED 54-259, sheet 12, line 21, household 119; Ancestry collection 62308, record 235408630, image 43290879-Pennsylvania-080188-0013, viewer image 13 of 26, inspected October 6, 2026. Ida Polityka is head, female, age 56, widowed, born Pennsylvania, at the same 431 W. Lloyd Street residence as Alex’s death and the family draft records. Only Ida appears in this household; the next line begins a separate numbered household. Supports widowhood/residence after Alex’s November 1949 death. Age 56 suggests about 1893–1894, differing from her death-certificate birth September 12, 1892 and earlier census age 45 in 1940. Census ages are retained as approximate conflicting reports, not exact birthdays. No other person on this page is linked merely as a neighbor.
