Philadelphia death certificate original visually inspected October 18, 2026: FamilySearch DGS 004009874, image 274 of 1917, frame 265; indexed as JK9L-WMP. The handwritten physician note says Mrs Hannah Wallace died last evening of Congestion of the Brain in the 68th year of her age. Signed Williamson, M.D. (initials uncertain), dated Phil. Nov. 10/52. Therefore November 9, 1852 is inferred from last evening; November 10 is the certification date. Attachment is an unaltered browser screenshot of the original note, not a full-resolution downloaded original. The FamilySearch index reports November 10 death and age 68; do not silently substitute the index for the handwritten wording. The Bible WEB-20261018-051302-5e2df70d and gravestone WEB-20261018-053728-65dcea58 give November 9, age 70. Date agreement supports correlation, but the age discrepancy remains. The certificate does not name a spouse or parents. Identification as the same Hannah married to Thomas Wallace remains a correlated hypothesis; association with William is research context, not a proven biological link. No residence established.
