Translation: Elvira Festuca, of unknown parents, 14 October 1899, office 2, volume 396, entry 3732. This is an original scan of a later municipal index, NOT the underlying 1899 birth act. It independently verifies what the printed index says but may be the same underlying source used by the Tornabene compiled index; do not count these as independent birth testimony. Candidate only for Josephine/Alvira/Elvira DeCaro/Fastuca Traina: no proof of cross-name identity yet, and October 14 conflicts with October 16/18 assertions.
