Image availability checked: center/affiliate required, original NOT inspected or attached. SSDI search result V3MJ-TJC independently gives 7 April 1904 and April 1987, Cook County: https://www.familysearch.org/ark:/61903/1:1:V3MJ-TJC . The unusual surname combination, mother's name variant, son Leroy and compatible census age support the identity with Lillian Onesto, wife of Anthony, already documented in 1926 marriage and sons' birth indexes. Find a Grave memorial 208293529 agrees on 1904–1987 and the Onesto maternal/sibling group but is corroborating contributed material, not an independent birth certificate. No original certificate or grave photo claimed inspected. Separate 1926/1929 marriage-date issue is unchanged.
