Original Indiana County, Pennsylvania, Will Book 4 p.133, estate no.2929; FamilySearch DGS005547082 image95/657. Will dated 10 March 1868, proved 18 November 1873; letters testamentary to William Wallace 2 December 1873. Joseph Divin of Washington Township names children Jesse, Nancy Ann Shields (wife of Richard Shields), Eliza Jane, Franklin, Louisa M. Rice (wife of Rev. John Rice), and Andrew H. Divin. John Prothero and Hugh Neel witness. Original full JPG visually inspected; it contains no named sibling, nephew, Junior, Nancy Parkison, or statement of the testator's parentage. This was pursued as a collateral lead from a published claim that the Joseph who died in 1873 was James Senior's son. That identity is NOT established by this will. Do not merge the 1873 testator with joseph_diven_executor or infer kinship to Junior. Search transcription misreads surname and probate date; original reads 18 November 1873, not 1 November. Retained as a bounded search result, not proof of the sought father–son connection.
