22 June 1816: George Stroop conveys Landisburg additional-plan lot 81 to James Diven and Richard Parkison, in behalf and in trust for the heirs and legal representatives of James Diven Junior, deceased. Consideration $40, subject to $1 annual ground rent; lot 150 by 60 feet on Water Street. Recorded 6 November 1832. It does NOT call trustee James Senior, father, grandfather, or other relative. Do not infer kinship from the trusteeship.
1829 release: Peter Fahnestock, attorney for Abraham and Susanna Landis of Lancaster County under a power dated 26 December 1828, releases the same lot to Junior's heirs, reserving the future annual ground rent. It addresses an ejectment proceeding over George Stroop's unpaid installments. The continuation p. 96 explicitly acknowledges receipt of the consideration from Samuel Linn. That identifies a payer, not a proven guardian, in-law or relative. The release text is dated 14 April 1829; the acknowledgment on p. 96 reads 4 April 1829. Preserve this discrepancy. Recording is 6 November 1832, not the OCR's 1822.
This completes the previously unread Landis continuation and provides a Samuel Linn association to investigate through vouchers, guardianship and estate accounts. The trustee identities and Samuel's identity require corroboration; no namesake merge or Junior-to-Senior parent link follows from this deed alone. Keep this lot 81 separate from Junior's lots 6–8 and the joint 150-acre tract. Full original image files are preserved, not screenshots or OCR substitutes.
