It gives birth 31 March 1861, agreeing with March 1861 in the original 1900 census and the 1897 compiled history. The census names Allie as Susanna Bair’s daughter and Howard as son-in-law, confirming her adult identity. The original gravestone says 1860; the birth review remains OPEN pending resolution.
