The Scott Family History (20 October 1981), printed page 10, eighth generation no. 11, identifies Eugene Bernard Irvin, Jr., born March 29, 1952, as Elizabeth Linn Long's husband; marriage September 1, 1973. Its cross-reference to ninth generation nos. 12–13 on page 18 names their children Jennifer Linn Irvin and Benjamin James Irvin. Joe Stuart independently confirmed the children's given names, Jennifer and Ben, on 5 November 2026. Birth and marriage dates are attributed to the family compilation, not original civil certificates.
