Provisional—published historical directory transcription (Jinji Koshinroku, fourth edition, January 1915). Original family registers not inspected. No mother inferred from a father’s marriage. The historical Sugi–Tejima collateral branch does not resolve the identity bridge between Rei’s grandfather Ichiro and the directory grandson. Japanese given names retain source characters where pronunciation is unverified.
