October 1, 2026 — Joe Stuart confirmed that this July 29 birthday record and the earlier Fredrick Davis profile describe the same child, and that this record is correct. Retain Fredrik David Macek Acosta, born July 29, 2026, as the canonical name and date. The earlier approximate August 1 birth and Fredrick Davis wording are superseded, not a second child. Direct family testimony; no independent birth certificate inspected.
Earlier duplicate record: person-dc5a9f02-84d3-4db7-bb77-2054390b20d3, formerly Fredrick Davis, known as Freddy/Freddie; son of Derek Macek and Arlene Acosta. Earlier September 24 testimony had Davis as middle name and no surname. Preserve that record in the recoverable archive as historical testimony.
Original birth account retained: Fredrik David was born of Derek Macek and Arlena (Acosta) Macek on July 29, 2026 at 1412 (2:12pm) 9lbs 4oz 20.750"
