Later family-land deed recital (Perry pp80–81,image46/502) explicitly identifies daughter Ann as wife of James Diven Junior. Nancy's1832 release calls her formerly Nancy Parkison and widow of James Diven; same sisters and executor correlate Ann/Nancy. Death occurred by probate14 April1802; no exact death date asserted. Will calls executor David Mitchel 'my Brother'; precise relationship and Jean's maiden surname remain unproved. James Diven witnessed will, but Senior/Junior not specified.
