His will, dated 30 January 1797 and proved 10 June 1802, names wife Catherine, sons Peter, Michael, Eli, Jacob and John, and daughters Margaret Creater, Barbara Beal and Elizabeth Heffilfinger. Peter received one shilling after prior provision; the other seven shared the residue. John and Jacob were executors. The wife is correlated with Kathelina Keyser on the earlier compiled marriage identification; the will itself does not give her maiden surname. No exact birth or death date is inferred.
