THE STUART FAMILY ARCHIVE
Goodrich probate index scan 118
Evidence reference: 100.30.004
Evidence status: Index image archived; limited negative search
Collection: 100_Stuart_Stewart
Visually inspected derivative probate index. No Alexander found under Stewart, Steward or Stuart on scans 118, 119 and 121. Limited negative search, not proof no probate exists. Existing 1894 deed states intestacy. No person added or merged.
9 October 2026 — unmapped evidence review, Archive AI: Linked to Alexander Stewart as the research subject only. Candidate namesakes, negative index searches and incomplete coverage do not prove that a listed record belongs to him, or that an unlisted event did not occur. Existing identity and search limitations remain in force.
