Alfonsino Fiore Cook County birth index

Alfonsino Fiore is indexed born 20 December 1917 in Chicago, certificate 46549, with father Luigi Fiore, age 26, birthplace indexed Boneventi, Italy, and mother Elvera Fustuca, age 18, Palermo, Italy. The matching date and surname variants support a candidate identification with Alfred Joseph Traina and the previously reported Fustuca/Fastuca maternal name. The cross-name identification remains unconfirmed; this does not prove that DeCaro and Fustuca are interchangeable or establish legal adoption.
