Felicia Muratore was born in Partanna on 14 April 1882 at 10 p.m. Her father, Antonio Muratore, declared the birth on 16 April 1882 at 9 a.m. He is recorded as age 28, a farmer resident in Partanna. The mother is Giovanna Trinceri, age 41, also a farmer, explicitly described as his wife living with him.
The margin names Felicia Muratore and records the date 14 January 1906 and Monasteri Saverio. This annotation independently connects the birth act to the original marriage in source 300.10.055. Exact birth date, both parents, spouse and marriage date together establish the identification. The earlier birth-index lead is now resolved to its original act.
The original birth date agrees with the date in Salvatore Monasteri’s naturalization petition. Felicia was therefore 23 at the 14 January 1906 marriage, although that marriage act records her age as 24. The two original records are retained with the discrepancy explained; her birth date is supported by the contemporary birth act.
Antonio and Giovanna are now linked as spouses because the birth act explicitly states this relationship. Their own wedding date and place remain unknown. Recorded ages suggest Antonio was born about 1853–1854 and Giovanna about 1840–1841; these are estimates from stated ages, not verified birth dates. Antonio was alive at this declaration and deceased by Felicia’s 1906 marriage. Giovanna’s death date is unverified. Their parents and additional children, including whether both were parents of Felicia’s brother Giuseppe, remain open.
