Page 80: William Power of Tyrone Township, Cumberland County, merchant, assigns a land warrant for $24 to James Diven Senior and Richard Parkison, expressly administrators of the estate of James Diven Junior of Landisburg, deceased, in trust for his heirs/legatees. Execution reads 4 July 1814; acknowledgment reads 2 July 1814. Preserve this internal day discrepancy. Both portions establish that Junior was already deceased by July 1814; neither identifies Senior as his father. Recorded 6 October 1832.

Pages 81–82: indenture 16 June 1832 between Richard P. Diven and Sarah Diven, and John Diven and James A. Diven, expressly all children/legal representatives of James Diven Junior, late of Tyrone Township, Perry (formerly Cumberland) County, deceased. Recites that he died intestate leaving widow Nancy and children John, James, Richard and Sarah. Richard and Sarah sell their combined half interest for $350, subject to the widow's dower. Properties include Landisburg lots 6, 7, 8, lot 81 and the approximately 55-acre tract whose warrant Power assigned after Junior's death. Acknowledged 16 June 1832, recorded 6 October 1832. Source OCR misreads Diven as Given and 1832 as 1882 in places; readings above checked against original handwriting.

Correlation: this is the same distinctive widow/four-child group named in 1819 guardianship WEB-20261028-162151-1c213120 and 1840 title recital 600.20.004/.1/.2. It improves Junior's death bound from before 9 February 1819 to before July 1814. It does NOT prove that Junior is Senior's deceased son in 600.30.006. Senior/Junior and estate administration alone are not parentage evidence. This is NOT the still-missing 2 April 1838 Tagg transfer. The July 1814 administration is compatible with investigating inventory D091 dated 13 November 1813, but does not identify that uninspected inventory.
