Penny Sue Traina

Penny Sue Traina is indexed as born and died 23 October 1953 in Chicago. The record explicitly names father Alfred Traina and mother Camille Criola, and gives entry number 74806, Mount Carmel burial and the Flournoy Street address previously associated with Alfred. This supports adding Penny as their daughter, with parentage sourced to the death index. The original death certificate remains uninspected; no cause of death is established. The original card names Penny S. Traina, interment 31 October 1953, age 13 hours, number 74806, lot 44, block 6, section 26. Image 5217 of 5627. The matching entry number connects it to the death index. The card does not name parents or state a death date. Its age is more precise than the index’s zero days. CCH and Mon.Spc. are not expanded without evidence. Lori names Linda, Sandra, Jill and Lori; those four remain recorded. Penny is an additional infant daughter documented by the death index and matching cemetery card, not a replacement for any named child.

Parentage and dates from death index; original interment card inspected; death certificate pending.
