Original Pennsylvania death certificate 65822 (registered 15702), inspected October 14, 2026. Miss Emily F. Wallace, unmarried, born January 13, 1856 in Philadelphia, died July 27, 1922 in Philadelphia. Father Wm. H. Wallace; mother’s maiden name Katharine S. Keyser. The written middle initial appears S and is retained as a discrepancy against the compiled name Katharine Frances Keyser. Exact birth date, father, mother’s surname and distinctive family context correlate with existing Emily Frances Wallace, older William Henry Wallace and Katharine Frances Keyser in the 1889 Keyser genealogy, p. 132. Informant Wm. H. Wallace Jr., 211 Upland Way, Wayne, Pa.; his relationship is not expressly stated here. Death location 3703 Powelton Ave. is not treated as residence; neither is the informant’s address. Burial Woodlands, July 29, 1922.
